Cédric Krier ff376d7d01 Prevent storing Decimal with too much trailing zero 
The trailing zero are kept in the Decimal and rendered in the string
representation which is unexpected for a field with limited digits.

Cédric Krier 0f145266e9 Defer invoice line only once 
The post method can be called multiple times for an invoice by process but
only one deferral is allowed by line.
Also the initial draft deferral may be delete in case of mistake so we must
not create automatically a new one later.

Cédric Krier 2d6c34db34 Always fill product and template of cost price revision 
If an error is raised when computing the new cost price, the management tries
to display the product name. So the product and the template must be set
explicitly because the revision is not yet saved in the database.
