Cédric Krier 0d437d341c Use empty value Function xxx2Many fields without initial value 
Since d142b33fa3ab the on_change_with relies on _changed_value. But for
Function xxx2Many fields if their value is not in the initial value, we should
not retrieve it from the database because the result will be the same as the
one set by on_change_with.

Cédric Krier 37ef23134a Order xxx2Many targets by id origin instead of order name 
The ordering is only to group records for cache alignment, so ordering by id
avoid to have to join on the origin table.

Cédric Krier 3d3ffc5c7c Do not check access when retrieving action ID 
The ID does not contain any security data. If the user does not have access to
the action, an access error will be raised later when actual values are read.

Hartmut Goebel 1bcf23721c Make state node of workflow graph unique 
Quite a few model have states with the same name (e.g. "open",
"close).  When creating Workflow Graphs for several of these models at
once, the nodes of these states must be distinguished.  Otherwise the
graphs will overlap and eventually even overwrite each other.

Nicolas Évrard 50c102a2e5 Do not start threads before the end of the evaluation of trytond.application 
When uwsgi forks workers it can happen that python execute the code from one of
the launched thread (eg: the cache listener or trytond-status). In that case
python will keep executing the thread and never switch to the main thread. Thus
preventing to listen for incoming connections.

Cédric Krier ff376d7d01 Prevent storing Decimal with too much trailing zero 
The trailing zero are kept in the Decimal and rendered in the string
representation which is unexpected for a field with limited digits.
