Cédric Krier 34e5c61a1a Run trigger in the queue 
This ensures that internal changes that are reverted later in the same
transaction does not trigger an action.
Also we ensure that a record is triggered by the same trigger only
once per transaction.

The correct way to convert interval into seconds is to use
"EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM ...)". The "SECOND" gives only the value of the second
field.

If any of the dates is readonly, the event can not be modified by drag and
drop.
If the calendar is not editable no events can be modified.

On distributed setup, the cache is not synchronized instantaneously so we can
not use the cache if the record was modified by another process since the last
synchronisation.
