Raphael Hertzog abcf651854 Switch some asset accounts to kind=expense 
This allows us to create products that can be bought and then managed as
assets because they are expensive and should amortized.

We do this only for asset accounts that are likely to hold regular products
of suppliers.

Raphaël Hertzog 83690997b2 Add tax codes for first page of the 3310-A form 
The second page of the 3310-1 form was already present in the current
tax chart but not the first one. This patch adds the missing tax codes.

Raphaël Hertzog d8421623c0 Fix categorization of multiple accounts from asset to liabilities 
All the affected accounts usually have a balance showing a credit
and should be accounted as liabilities and not as assets. They
need to be in "dettes_fiscales_sociales" and not in "creances_autres".

The situation is not 100% clear cut for 444 since big corporations
pay advances on this tax and while the balance is negative it should
be accounted in "creances_autres" but once the final tax amount has
been calculated (at the end of the year), the balance goes back
to positive and at that point it must be accounted in
"dettes_fiscales_sociales". Since the balance sheet is of primary
importance at the end of the year, I believe it's a better default.
But this needs a better long term fix.

Raphael Hertzog f94fb65a0e Fix categorization of accounts 4551 and 4458 
The accounts 4551 and 4458 are wrongly categorized. They hold debts of
the company towards associates who loaned money to the company. They should
thus be of kind "payable" and in the category
"emprunts_dettes_financieres_diverses".

Raphaël Hertzog 174b3fc6f0 Switch type of multiple 512* accounts to "disponibilites" 
By default those accounts tend to hold monetary assets (that result
in a negative balance) and must be accounted that way.

The former type "emprunts_dettes_etablissements_credit" is only suited
for loans, where the account will typically have a positive balance.
Those should be handled in sub-accounts that will be configured with
this type.
