Cédric Krier 8feb50c71c Support query without where clause when searching on Many2One with where operator

Cédric Krier cb1a298a4f Make display synchronous when possible 
In order to ensure that after the focus out of a field that triggers
on_change's, the view is fully displayed before the set_value call from the
Window.Form response. Otherwise the set_value restore the previous value.

The cost fields are not always visible so the separator may be displayed when
no cost fields is.
Each cost field has its own invisible statement so it will be much complex to
build on for the separator than removing it.
