Cédric Krier 6ad436d3d3 Use boolean operator to test remaining quantity of blanket agreement when closing 
The remaining quantity may be None if the line has no quantity set.
But the getter ensure that the remaining quantity is always greater or equal to 0.

Cédric Krier 36a3b84c54 Always use the shipment address of the sale as delivery address for the shipment 
The warehouse on the sale is not always filled instead it is the the warehouse
of the shipment that must be used for the comparison. But this makes the test
useless as the shipment address is always used ad delivery address.
