The email value is validated by the command line parser.
And the interactive input loop until a valid email is entered.

Cédric Krier 6f349d7e7f Do not test file exists when opening it 
The file_open tools may be used to create a file so it may not yet exist.
Also io.open will raise the proper exception if the file can not be open.

Cédric Krier e45ff0098b Do not rely on locale from context as fallback format for date 
Since 6c5f4d760e54, the locale key is removed from the RPC context so the
fallback for the date format must come from the translation utilities.

Cédric Krier 25d0cb7787 Do not commit readonly transaction even with channel 
Even if the backend allows NOTIFY query on readonly transaction, it is strange
to commit readonly transaction because the backend may not enforce the
readonly.
Also commit performs other actions that may not be wanted like commit
datamanager or clear cache.
A procedure that requires to perform a NOTIFY should have a non-readonly
transaction.

Cédric Krier cccdc1f1f7 Add scheduled task to update cached feeds 
On large data set, generating the feed may take too long for an HTTP request.
So in this case user may want to update the cache with a scheduled task so the
requests are always answered directly using the cache.

Cédric Krier 196cfbeb0c Do the marketing record activity in the queue 
This avoid to block the cron for a long period if there is a lot of record
activities to process.
In case of failure the record activities will be retried. And in case of long
delay in the queue, the record activities will not be processed twice thanks
to the transition filter of the workflow and the lock when updating state
field.
