Cédric Krier ba7a13fa53 Do not fail general journal report on origin with negative id 
Since changeset b8d76b07910f, the reference value of a negative id is a string
so testing the id does not work. It is safer to call getattr with a default
empty string value.

Cédric Krier 8108634d0a Fix Decimal conversion for SQLite 
changeset 3de9de3f476c set initial balance value as Decimal. But as the SQLite
Decimal loop break on the first correct instance, it fails to convert other
value coming from the SQL if the default value is tested first.
As there is any way a second loop, it is faster to make the conversion in this
second loop.
