Cédric Krier d52455c360 Support pool process with spawn context for cron and worker 
When max_tasks_per_child is set, the ProcessPoolExecutor uses a spawn
multiprocessing context which starts a new process from scratch with a __name__
being __mp_main__ which prevents the configuration to be restored.
So in the ProcessPoolExecutor initializer the configuration is restored using
the initial options.

Cédric Krier 3b16f5f6db Ensure to refund Shopify order only once 
There are no guarantee from Shopify that the fulfillableQuantity will be
updated just after the refund creation but the sale may be re-processed via the
Shopify webhooks just after the refund.
To avoid to refund multiple times, we need to keep track that the refund was
already be made.
