Cédric Krier 1ec49a016b Don't use super to get the parent do_* methods of gtk widget 
With some version of GTK, using super call to get the do_* function doesn't
work.  It seems it returns a meta function that will call back the do_* of the
instance. So this leads to an infinite loop.

Cédric Krier d364737e28 Speed up adding record to One2Many via on_change 
There is no need to trigger a group-changed for each record added to the same
Group because it will trigger a global display and a the O2MField._group_changed
which depends only on parent.

Cédric Krier 72e7f282fa Quit instead of logout when password cancelled 
Make a logout when there is no more a password/session could generate a lot of
errors or popups. As any way nothing could be saved to the server, it is better
to just quit the application.

Cédric Krier 4c63c7e8b0 Don't guess the values for no reference 
No reference could use '' or None as selection value for the model. So to
prevent to detect false-positive modification and to set invalid value, the
widget must find which one is used as empty model.
