Cédric Krier 7b2c1ab3a0 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 085dcbf571 Search queries inside Select and add different lot instances 
When compute_quantities_query is called with with_childs, the selected move
table is a union. So we must search inside this union for the actual move
table.
As we may need to join with lot table multiple times, we must ensure to always
use a different instance of the table to avoid alias clash.
