Cédric Krier 78c7b895b4 Move predefined exports list under the buttons that control it 
The prevent the first predefined export to be selected as it is no more the
first widget of the dialog. This makes the view more consistent with the
selected fields that come from the current view.

Cédric Krier 15a0003e0e Use sig_save to get message info when triggering an action 
Instead of always calling save_current on the screen, it is better to call
sig_save when the record has been modified. This allows to get message
information about failure or success but only if the record needed to be
saved.

Cédric Krier e7999cebbb Correctly evaluate domain with reference field and list/tuple values 
The python formatting of multiple values must be a tuple because a list is
used as a single argument.
If both sides are mixed tuple and list types, they must be compared using the
same type.

Cédric Krier b4e48bd549 Do not fail on timezone operation before epoch on Windows 
dateutil fails to use tzlocal on Windows for datetime before epoch.
So we just skip the timezone conversion which result in using UTC.

Cédric Krier 18fdc74779 Remove decoration on NoModal and resize/center when shown 
Since changeset 4655eba14d71, the size of the dialog is the same as the parent
but if the OS put decoration on the dialog, it position overflow the parent
which may hide the bottom where the button are.
The choice is to ensure request no decoration and to ensure that the size and
position are reset when the NoModal is shown.

Cédric Krier 7a8b6b924a Raise exception when the Lock for Login could not be acquired 
The case when RPCExecute returns None is always forgotten. This shows that it
is the wrong design. Instead catching RPCException is always managed.
So it is better to raise an exception instead of returning None when the lock
for Login can not be acquired.
