Cédric Krier e1aa70db0e Prevent double sent of edited event 
Rely only on the focus-out-event of the editable otherwise the edited event can
be sent twice and if the selected profile was removed it generates a IndexError.

Cédric Krier e768a23025 Prevent some calls to focus_out to not lose the selection 
Popups and dialogs raised when clicking on some tool of the toolbar grab the
focus then focus_out is called and modifiy the TextBuffer which makes it lose
the selection.

Cédric Krier 22db40f7c9 Fix on_change value of M2O and Reference fields 
The value format has been changed by the refactoring of changeset 0e4702844572.
