Cédric Krier e5c06be845 Don't use field digits to format float/Decimal in domain_parser 
The conversion of a domain into string should keep the same significant digit,
which means to not use the field digits definition but significant digit of the
value.

If current event is not finished, in most cases the comparison between the two
get_value calls is always false.

Revert the changeset 47524e77438b
Using focus out event is wrong because it hides the window when opening an
other dialog box from the search box (like the date picker).
So now we watch the state of the main window and iconify or deiconify all
toplevel windows.

Cédric Krier f9b25ae943 Remove unused focus test on WinForm 
The test was introduced in changeset f5bb8746ac50 to prevent Button state
corruption but an other solution was applied in changeset 2d4df8cb6f22 that
doesn't need anymore to test the focus to proceed the response.
