Cédric Krier 3916dee98f Use DHM_FORMAT for datetime fields in search widget 
Since there is more checks on sql_format of datetime fields, we can no more
send date value for datetime fields.

Cédric Krier ecd03ca33a Improve switch view 
- Don't fetch all records when new fields are added by views, re-fetch records
  only if new fields are displayed.
- Use some list comprehension.
- Use dictionaries to prevent double "for" loop.
- Make reload to reload also the 80 others records if needed.
