Cédric Krier ee9cde3b7d Block button handler instead of deactivate button 
By deactivating the button, the button lost the focus which makes NoModal
selects the wrong sensitive widget and thus the wizard behaves like if it was
launched from the menu instead of from a tab.

Cédric Krier e5c06be845 Don't use field digits to format float/Decimal in domain_parser 
The conversion of a domain into string should keep the same significant digit,
which means to not use the field digits definition but significant digit of the
value.

Revert the changeset 47524e77438b
Using focus out event is wrong because it hides the window when opening an
other dialog box from the search box (like the date picker).
So now we watch the state of the main window and iconify or deiconify all
toplevel windows.
