Bertrand Chenal 878a762016 Move all import stuff out of model.py and put it in convert.py. 
Other modifications:
 * less memory hungry implementation.
 * now delete record in the reverse order of creation.
 * Workflow transtion are deleted only if the corresponding activity
    is deleted.

- Float is store as float with variable precision
- Numeric is store as numeric with fix precision
- The digits argument is just use for the display
