Cédric Krier 13ca95d658 Do not enforce implicit NOT NULL on name field of a tree 
The `not like` operator implicitly requires the field to be not null but
specific implementation of the named field may allow to have NULL values.

Cédric Krier dbd1749154 Exclude the move which defer the invoice line amount
