The initial value is only useful with the view type is form otherwise screen
may not have a current record like in Attachment.

Cédric Krier a9dd3203b0 Disable dp.change event when setting date value 
DateTimePicker trigger the event when the date value is set which trigger the
focus_out. When this happens during the display of a Dict widget, the keys not
yet displayed are lost.

The value of the multiple select is an Array which may be empty. Array.reduce
fails on empty Array if it does not have a default value.

Cédric Krier c6ff1eba4c Use ISO-8601 format for toString call on Date and DateTime 
Papaparse call toString to write values. So to ensure the same format between
clients, toString on Date and DateTime must return ISO-8601 format with space
as time separator.
