Adds es_DO as a standalone language to the Tryton core, every server module and the SAO web client. The catalogs are bootstrapped from the matching-version Latin American Spanish catalogs and are independently maintainable. Validation: all es_DO PO files pass msgfmt --check-format, lang.xml parses successfully, every module has locale/es_DO.po, and git diff --check passes.
