Cédric Krier 1b324d7753 Stick the footer of tree view to the bottom

We do not need any more to display the label of the footer as the header is
always visible.
On small screen, the footer is stick on top and the label is displayed again.
The data-title is removed because it is not used.

Prerequisites

Node.js 0.8.0 or later (http://nodejs.org/)

Installation

Once you've downloaded and unpacked the sao source release, enter the directory where the archive was unpacked, and run:

$ npm install --production

Development ...........

For development, you have to run instead:

$ npm install
$ grunt dev

Setup

Note that the entry root in the section [web] of trytond.conf must be set to the directory where the package was unpacked.
