Browsers do not support the charset in Blob, so it is already always encoded in UTF-8. But to help users on Windows, we add the UTF-8 BOM because Windows programs use it as magic number to detect encoding. issue9527 review290761002

Prerequisites
- Node.js 0.8.0 or later (http://nodejs.org/)
Installation
Once you've downloaded and unpacked the sao source release, enter the directory where the archive was unpacked, and run:
$ npm install --production
Development ...........
For development, you have to run instead:
$ npm install
$ grunt dev
Setup
Note that the entry root in the section [web] of trytond.conf must be set
to the directory where the package was unpacked.
