Cédric Krier 999f2737a0 Refactoring 
- Better naming in model
- Group extends list
- Add an index to Group
- New common windows for dialog of many2one, one2many and many2many
- one2many and many2many dialog use the same screen than the widget
- Reduce the number of option in Screen
- Remove RPCProxy to handle logout exception on every server call
- Better naming of event signals
- Fix on_change detection for many2many for issue1400

Since there is more checks on sql_format of datetime fields, we can no more

Cédric Krier ecd03ca33a Improve switch view 
- Don't fetch all records when new fields are added by views, re-fetch records
  only if new fields are displayed.
- Use some list comprehension.
- Use dictionaries to prevent double "for" loop.
- Make reload to reload also the 80 others records if needed.
