Cédric Krier 37b8691d29 Add round_price 
We add a common method to round prices that are stored using the price digits.
It is useless to use the digits from the field because it can not be changed in
any other way than by configuration.

Cédric Krier 7e6ae8a8fc Enforce the same category of UoM between invoice lines and origin 
The origin lines compute the remaining quantity by converting the move quantity
to the origin unit. So they must have the same category of UoM.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.

Cédric Krier 7a82b36845 Use the number of category for pairing the categories and the lines 
The Elegant Pairing generate integer out of range as soon as there are more
than 46340 sale lines (under PostgreSQL).
As the number of category is almost fixed and small, we can pair by multiplying
the line id per the number of category and add the category id.
We must try to use number of category that does not change if new categories
are created meanwhile. For that we always takes the first power of ten bigger
then the current number. This reduces the number of cases when all ids will be
changed because a new category was added.
