Cédric Krier 3e1e7bc735 Use Map to store sum widgets per column 
The field name is not a unique key to store the sum widgets, we must use a Map
to allow the same field being rendered multiple times with sum attribute.

Maxime Richez ac25073669 Set correct direction arrow from order with NULLS extra parameter 
Arrows direction icons in treeview are defined by ASC or DESC keywords. When
using an order with composed sentence eg. "DESC NULLS FIRST", we need to
extract first word to get arrow direction keyword.

Cédric Krier 5b674ad987 Always encode CSV export in UTF-8 
Browsers do not support the charset in Blob, so it is already always encoded in
UTF-8. But to help users on Windows, we add the UTF-8 BOM because Windows
programs use it as magic number to detect encoding.

The bootstrap rules are imported from sao less file to override some variables.
We embed a stripped version of the bootswatch paper theme.

Cédric Krier b12ac9648b Align tab content bottom border with menu border 
We remove the margin bottom on panel to gain 20px on the treeview height
calculation.
We compute the height of the treeview taking into account the padding and
box-shadow of the parents.

Since issue9445, action values are explicitly defined. Default values for
actions are now: id, name, type and icon.rec_name. That's why we should use
