When the cost method is on order and invoice method is on shipment, the
shipment cost should be invoices only when at least one shipment is done.

Cédric Krier 8df0f12d2a Use price_digits for storing cost 
The cost price from get_sale_price returns by default a price using the
price_digits precision.
The cost should be stored with the highest precision as it will end up as unit
price on the invoice. It must be rounded using the precision of each field it
will be written on. And the currency conversion should not round it.

Cédric Krier 1ee34ed9a0 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
