Cédric Krier c8ab038585 Add missing migration of open lines button of product price list 
68816ce94559 moves the button definition from product_price_list_dates module
to product_price_list but as product_price_list is updated first it can not
create the button because of the unique constraint.

Cédric Krier 71e19b01d8 Create new context record with default value 
Screen.new_ is returning already a promise that is resolved after the call to
default_get. This ensure that display is triggered after having set the default
value.

Cédric Krier 4b5fa06b60 Do not deactivate product in replacement wizard 
If the product can be deactivated, it must be deactivated using the proper
method so all the operations like deleting staging and draft moves are
performed. Otherwise the stock moves for the deactivated product will stay.

Cédric Krier 70e1b5bfad Fill unit price required when creating production moves from BOM 
Since 23a3a9ed13d7 the unit price is reset to None if the unit price is not
required.
So the client must known that the unit price is required to keep the value.

Cédric Krier 539513d74f Set a width to the nav-tabs to not be included in the min-content computation 
When screen with tab domain is displayed in a board, the tab domain increase
the min-content which could overflow the tab content.
