Cédric Krier b3741b52b2 Do not copy the template code 
When the variant has no code, the template code is the only part of the unique
constraint. In such case copying the template fails because the new variant
will have the same code.

Cédric Krier 27cd4b6eb0 Check price_decimal configuration 
The price_decimal stored in ir.configuration is checked against the current
configuration value. We do not allow to start serving a database for which the
values are different as it may be due to a misconfiguration which can lead to
data corruption.

Cédric Krier 40d374ae08 Add round_price 
We add a common method to round prices that are stored using the price digits.
It is useless to use the digits from the field because it can not be changed in
any other way than by configuration.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
