Cédric Krier d7715aba68 Make overflow visible for dropdown in table header of treeview 
7d2e1761cee2 added an overflow invisible on the div of the table header to hide
the sort icon when the column width is too small. But the overflow must be
visible for the dropdown to display the menu.

Cédric Krier cd1aef8dfc Check access only on entry points of chat channel 
Since 317e5ff39097 the read access is restricted to the admin group.
The access right should not be enforced for the transaction but only at the RPC
entry point.

Cédric Krier 4e97df25ba Save the record when checkbox is clicked on editable tree view 
Since 53ff6c9d8393 checkbox can be toggled even if the record is not the
currently selected record.
When the changed record is not the currently edited record, it must be saved as
editable tree handler will not save it.

Cédric Krier bcf8181107 Split indexes for history table to have either id or __id 
815a0a887c3e added the index but the id and __id are just included to the index
when the pre-filtering could be improved if id was in the index and the window
order could be improved if the __id was in the index.
