Sergi Almacellas Abellana 686d4016be Do not send array keys on on_change_with requests 
fieldnames is already converted to an Array so sending it's keys will send
the Array indexes but the server expects the field names.

Cédric Krier 495dc7a5ef Connect only once wizard dialog to keydown 
update is called on each state so it binds multiple times to keydown and call
multiple times response with end state. This results in trying to delete
multiple times the same wizard session which fails.

Cédric Krier ebe1ab5340 Remove unnecessary calls to fields_view_get 
Screen.count_tab_domain should be called after the switch_view as it is done
in tryton. This avoid to trigger a call to fields_view_get for the
domain_parser.
Screen.switch_view is performing one extra loop compared to tryton. This
trigger and extra call fields_view_get.
