Adrià Tarroja Caubet 6853fd0d34 Set Selection value synchronously when available 
Restore the displayed value before Window.Form reads the widgets. Otherwise
rebuilding the selection may temporarily select its first option.

Nicolas Évrard 3e1ec32fd3 Lock the whole manipulation of the instance __dict__ when accessing attributes 
Previously the lock was too fine grained and missed some concurrent access that
could result in AttributeError. We implement a slightly changed double-checked
locking technique to ensure a fast path when the initialization already
occured.

Nicolas Évrard cbaaa525b6 Use a minimal size of 2 for the select tag of MultiSelection widgets 
Browsers based on Chromium renders the select as a "normal" select tag when
size=1. Such that the mousedown event is triggered twice which clear the
selection.
