If any of the dates is readonly, the event can not be modified by drag and
drop.
If the calendar is not editable no events can be modified.

Cédric Krier 2d5770d1a0 Try some standard encoding and fallback to ascii for HTML deserialisation 
chardet is not enough reliable so we try some encodings.
Also with GTK-3, the deserialize callback has the length parameter.
