Re-construct the tree looses the cursor, the expand state and the editable cell. Until now, we always re-constructed the tree on display because there was no simple test like the size for the list. Now we compare the flat list of records following the expanded row. We re-construct the table only if they are different. issue8854 review264671003

Prerequisites
- Node.js 0.8.0 or later (http://nodejs.org/)
Installation
Once you've downloaded and unpacked the sao source release, enter the directory where the archive was unpacked, and run:
$ npm install --production
Development ...........
For development, you have to run instead:
$ npm install
$ grunt dev
Setup
Note that the entry root in the section [web] of trytond.conf must be set
to the directory where the package was unpacked.
