When there is a large amount of all day events, the agenda views do not display the time table because it computes a height of 0 (probably to keep the aspect ratio). issue8877 review260611002

Installation
------------
Once you've downloaded and unpacked the sao source release, enter the directory
where the archive was unpacked, and run:
$ npm install --production
Development
...........
For development, you have to run instead:
$ npm install
$ grunt dev
Setup

Note that the entry `root` in the section `[web]` of `trytond.conf` must be set
to the directory where the package was unpacked.
