Cédric Krier da0f75986f Sort multivalue records to get empty company at the end 
The MultiValueMixin should give priority to records with company filled because
they are more specific and it is expected by the implementations.
We can not rely on the default order because ValueMixin is not necessary a
subclass of ModelSQL.

Cédric Krier d71af29147 Replace _callback override by run_once for Cron 
The issue5186 replaced the _callback methods by the dualmethod run_once.
The company module needs to override it to still run tasks under each defined
companies.

Cédric Krier 0a04b51086 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
