Cédric Krier b105eb0097 Make get_payments always return a list 
handle_entry expects to always receive a list of records so when no payment is
found it should return an empty list instead of None.

Cédric Krier b9614b70d5 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
