Cédric Krier d473dee62c Update quantities for moves to create when computing internal shipments 
Since changeset 2debb3c82659, there is a loop over the lead time. But as the
shipments are created after the loop, the computation of quantities inside the
loop does not include the created moves.
Instead we compute only the delta for each iteration and update the quantities
also with the created moves.

Since issue6147, a unique wizard manage the loop and so the transit cleaning
must be done at the end of all loops.

Cédric Krier 3173082f63 Improve lead time management of internal shipment 
- Sum all lead times to get the biggest path possible and add the maximum extra
  lead time (like supplier lead time).
- Create internal shipment in request state.
- Generate request recursively until no new shipments are created.

Cédric Krier 235ed84e23 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.

Since changeset c12f565887e7, it is allowed to have a quantity of zero for the
