- remove invalid escape sequence
- use  read_file instead of read_fp
- use importlib instead of imp and __import__

- replace SafeConfigParser by ConfigParser

Cédric Krier 8fb066817d Do not use repr of timedelta in doctest 
Python 3.7 changed the repr of timedelta to display keyword arguments.
To stay compatible with previous version and new version, the doctest must use
an equal comparison.

Cédric Krier e5b2514d7c Prevent to modify invoice lines only for duration and work 
Other fields like the cost from timesheet_cost may be changed after the line
has been invoiced. This may happen if when writing the invoice line on the
timesheet line, timesheet_cost may trigger the synchronisation of the cost.
