Cédric Krier 2dbfdd8d9a Trigger editing-done on ComboBox changed only if a row is selected 
The CellRendererTime uses also a ComboBoxEntry for editing but parsing it on
every change does not work because the parsing will expect a valid time format
otherwise the current text will be erased.
So to keep the original goal of changeset 3591350f0018 which is to trigger
"editing-done" when an option from the drop-down menu is selected, the callback
on "changed" must ensure there is an active row selected.

Cédric Krier 68c51a4614 Import pkg_resources when needed 
Recent setuptools version comes with _vendor directory under pkg_resources. As
py2exe does not include it but when frozen pkg_resources is no needed so it is
better to import it only when needed.

Cédric Krier 8832aaa6a8 Don't set cursor if treeview has no more a model 
This can happen because set_cursor is often called using idle_add so the
treeview could have been destroyed in the meantime.

Cédric Krier 0c1188c9ae Clear the new record for Preference 
The Preference window create a new record to simulate the read using
preferences values. But this mark the record has modified and prevent to click
on buttons. So the new record must be canceled just after "new" call.

Cédric Krier 46c584787d Remove Screen.parent hack in Attachment and Note 
The modified test in Screen.switch_view can be moved to
Screen.default_row_activate only, so the Attachment and Note screen doesn't
require to have a fake parent to switch views.

Cédric Krier 50ad44b340 Set sizing to TREE_VIEW_COLUMN_FIXED for column without field 
Columns like button have not a field defined but their sizing should any way be
fixed otherwise the Treeview containing such columns will never be in fixed
height mode and so all records of the view will always be read.
