Cédric Krier 5f9f8e080e Fix infinite loop when setting internal_quantity 
There could be difference for Float field between the written value and the
read one. This could lead to an infinite loop of write calls, so we also test
that it is not already writing the same internal value.

products_by_location can be called by users without read access to period.
And only closed period has cache.

Use execute instead of write to bypass domain checks on product when migrating
from 1.8 to 2.6. There is a circular dependency between the
stock module and the product module if migrating from 1.8.

Ian Wilson dc126d0020 Fix logic error in _set_warehouse_parent method. 
The `if to_update:` conditional should be inside the for loop of the method
_set_warehouse_parent on the Location model. Clear the set after write.
