Do not round anglo_saxon quantity
...
The anglo_saxon quantity fields have no digits so we do not need to round the
value. But the sum may result in a value a little bit bigger than the move
quantity due to float precision. We must use the move quantity in such case.

Use converted tests converted by 2to3

distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
